Prairieland Private Duty is proud to be part of the SMP Health System, and we are affilitated with St. Margaret's Hospital and Prairieland Home Care, both located in Spring Valley, IL.

Our agency provides non-medical and medical services to clients that may need a little assistance in their everyday lives, including personal care, transfer assistance, medication management, wound care, companionship, transportation, pet care, and household assistance.

We work with you to create an individualized plan of care that will allow us to attain your desired level of assistance. We carefully match our caregivers with our clients, and work with you and your family to create a schedule.

At Prairieland Private Duty, we are proud to be able to offer the only Telehealth program available in our area. Telehealth allows us to remotely gather information regarding your health on a regular basis using only your home phone. For more information on this unique program, click on the Telehealth tab.
